ASI is a licensed HVACR & General Contractor and has operated with company-employed technicians for many years. We maintain:
1. national purchasing power…
We purchase HVACR Units and large compressors, along with special order parts “directly”. We capture national volume pricing from the manufacturer and pass this discount onto our Customers, without any additional mark-ups.
We provide single source purchasing, and single source warranty. Being the direct provider, we offer a free five (5) year Labor and Material Warranty on New Units. We believe we are the only contractor providing this National Warranty!
We provide the best in locating available Units, Compressors, or Parts. We can locate nationally, and can provide immediate shipment, without delays.
Local Contractors cannot provide our large volume discounts, or provide you with a Five Year Labor and Material Warranty, or locate national availability of parts.
2. Local labor…
We provide a balance of both our own company employed field technicians, along with a well established Service Affiliate Network to provide our Customers both immediate and local response anywhere within the United States..
Local Contractors are bound to use only their company technicians which may not be local to your site, or available, or knowledgeable, or of a sufficient quantity. We utilize the best and most available technicians. We often employ three or four Service Affiliates in one area alone to ensure we have access to immediate response on even the hottest days.
We employ our company direct technicians, or Service Affiliates based on location to provide a true local response, within 30 miles from your site. We are not bound to be subjective and only utilize an assigned or regional Technician, which may be miles away, and my not be available for hours, or has to be scheduled the next day, or does not maintain a true local inventory, or does not truly reside within 30 miles of our retail location.
We employ technicians and Service Affiliates by their local area of service, and we will not accept statewide or even large coverage from anyone. Our technicians must reside “within 30 miles” from your location.

We provide a well trained office and field Team which understands HVACR and the customers technical requirements. We understand National Administration and can deliver the best results in the field, through one single source Administration.
We understand your required response times, and we maintain the resources necessary to deliver these response times, and meet your expectations.
