PM PROGRAMS
American Services will tailor the right program to fit your companies’ specific needs.
LEVEL 1: STANDARD PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE:
- Quarterly maintenance inspections, includes fiberglass filter change.
- Belt replacement, Pleated Filters, and/or coil cleaning can be added to the program.
- Repair Labor will be invoiced at the prevailing labor rate.
- Repair Parts will be invoiced at direct Contractor Resale, less ten (10%) percent, and without added broker mark-ups.
LEVEL 2: LABOR ONLY
- Quarterly Preventive Maintenance Inspections, includes fiberglass filter change.
- Labor Costs are "included" for repairs.
- Parts will be invoiced at the Contractor Resale, less ten (10%) percent.
LEVEL 3: FULL COVERAGE
- Quarterly Preventive Maintenance Inspections, includes fiberglass filter change.
- Labor Costs are "included" for repairs.
- Parts Costs are "included" for repairs.
NOTE: Full Coverage and Labor only Agreements cover all maintainable parts and labor during normal working hours
PM Pricing
We can provide One PM Price for all locations geographically located within the continental United States, Canada, and Puerto Rico. PM pricing is provided based on square footage of your sites. Knowing most sites design 300 sq ft. per ton, we can determine the average tonnage per site, then estimate the average size and number of units. Our pricing is designed per a square foot range, as noted below.

LABOR RATE
We can provide one Labor Rate for all geographical locations within the continental United States, Canada, and Puerto Rico. We will provide you with One National Hourly Rate, direct to you.
MATERIAL PRICING
We can provide One Price Level for all geographical locations within the continental United States, Canada, and Puerto Rico. We invoice you at the Manufacturer’s published Resale Price, less 10%. This pricing is provided with a rate any local Contractor would normally provide directly, but with a 10% discount!
Pricing is provided at the Contractor direct rates, without a management mark-up. Normally prices are direct and with established national pricing.
