We will provide you with ONE National Labor Rate of $85, excluding New York, Hawaii, Alaska. This rate is often much lower than local providers direct and other national providers. We offer all services with “No Travel Time”, as we use only “Local Technicians”.
PRE-ESTABLISHED SERVICE LABOR HOURS!
As we are a Contractor, our Technician’s labor hours have been measured and established over 40 years. We set predetermined labor hours for estimated work. We “do not allow” additional labor hours, two men, or other local technician wish lists. We maintain the same hours, every time!

A SINGLE MARK-UP!
As a national contractor, we purchase large motors, compressors, units, and other parts “direct” from the local supplier. Our local technician then provides the installation and repair. Since we purchase the parts direct, we provide only “one” mark-up on parts and equipment.
NATIONAL PURCHASING – COST REDUCTION!
Through our National Parts Locator Capability, we have the option to purchase outside of the technicians local area. When the parts are not in stock, we are able to locate the parts from a distant distributor, or the manufacturer’s factory, in other surrounding areas, and often at a lowest cost.

COST REDUCTION PROGRAM SUMMARY
We are a National and Licensed Contractor working exclusively within your Industry. As a Contractor, we work as a Contractor! We provide you with a direct contractor pricing, without a mark-up or Admin Fee! The Net Savings should be fully understood, for when the savings are realized over many locations the total amount is so significant, you will NOT want to lose these savings!
Normally customers will obtain their services direct from a contractor who will charge rates “higher” than ASI, or they may obtain their services from a National Service Company to manage one or more of their trades for regional or national coverage with “broker administrative” fees added. The Customers goal should be to obtain the administration and management of these services through only a few vendors, with volume reduced rates and without broker or administrative fees added. ASI provides “one” low national labor rate for all trades, without any added fees.
In turn, the National Service Company has no incentive to reduce rates, as they are paid proportional to the rates incurred, with an Administrative Fee or Percentage added on to each invoice. The higher the Labor and Material Costs are, the higher their percentage raises their Administrative Fee. Their vendors will also have higher rates, labor hours, and in general higher in overall costs as they are only administratively managed, and not technically managed.
ASI provides National Administration and Management for you, “without” a Fee, or a Mark-up! ASI provides only “local” technicians, with “NO” travel time,guaranteed!
ASI handles thousands of Locations and has established these vendor relationships, providing your labor and material pricing at pre-established discounted pricing. As a Contractor, we earn our margin within our discount, and no further hidden or mark-up costs are passed on.
The result is the Vendor’s invoice is presented to Our Customers at a price much lower than the pricing received through a National Service Company, or received from a Local Contractor direct.
