We employ a Project Management Team within our office whose sole responsibility is to turn around all quotes while the tech is on-site, or within 24 hours, if more complicated.
Our staff is technically trained to handle all quoting internally, without having to wait for an estimate from the field. They do not wait on our technicians or our subcontractors to gather costs, determine a mark-up, and finally prepare us a written quote. Our Team estimates in-house immediately, without delay!
You receive your quote while the technician is on-site, within a 24 hour window.
As a “Contractor”, we already know labor hours. We have monitored our technicians and know labor hour trends, and therefore, will assign the same hour’s to all technicians or subcontractors for all national locations.
Examples:
- 2 hours for Condenser Fan Motor Replacements
- 4 hours for Blower Motor Replacements
- 6-8 hours for Compressor Replacements (Burn-Out is 8 hours)
- 6-8 hours for Condenser Unit Replacements
- 20 hours for Package Unit Replacements
We standardize the assigned labor hours, They are predetermined and preset on a national basis over years of experience, you do not have to wait for an estimate, or one from a technician with a higher wish list for additional hours.
As a “Contractor” we already know part and equipment costs. We do not have to wait for distributor pricing, or the return call from a manufacturer rep. We can determine material pricing immediately! As a licensed contractor we have access directly to all manufacturers and distributors. We can directly locate, obtain all parts… and obtain pricing on all parts.
In review, we are able to provide you immediate quote turn-around. Our Project Management Team merely accepts the call from the technician in the field who will provide us the model and serial number information along with the diagnostic problem.
We can then immediately estimate and contact you for approval, eliminating much unneeded delays, or even return trips by the technician. The work is quoted, approved, and completed immediately on a consistent basis.
- We also offer a 5 year Labor and Material Warranty on all new units!
- We use “local” Technicians for “all” Service. No Travel Time anywhere!
- We can visit the location to provide a second opinion, or we can provide an immediate quotation if a model and serial number is provided to us.
